We at Hawk-Eye Home Inspections offer several ways to test for mold and/or other airborne concerns. Hawk-Eye Home Inspections has the latest in today’s technology when it comes to testing for mold. We can test inside wall cavities without tearing the wall down! Other areas that can be tested are: HVAC systems, crawlspaces, attics, and any living area.

Mold Testing

Water test includes samples taken and examined by a professional lab. It is recommended to have a water test on homes that are on a well systems.  Some loan companies require water test any home with a well. Order with your inspection and get twenty five dollars off!
